All bookings/appointments must be made through our online calendar or booking system on the Site.

You are responsible for ensuring the site of installation meets any local code, permit, or homeowner association requirements.

4. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe or other payment processors we designate.
You agree to pay the fees as quoted. Additional charges may apply (e.g. for permits, additional materials, travel outside normal service area).

We may engage subcontractors (“contractors”) to perform parts of the Services. You consent that we may share your name, address, phone number, email, and relevant service details with them as needed to provide the Service.
Contractors are bound to comply with our standards for work quality, confidentiality, and customer safety.

7. Data Collection, Privacy & Use

We collect personal information (such as name, address, phone number, email) to provide Services, communicate, and for administrative purposes.
We use third‑party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Wix Automations, and Zapier Automations. These services may collect data about you in connection with ads or analytics.
